We are looking to onboard a CRM (Dynamics 365) Platform Administrator for our offshore team.

Role Overview:
CRM (Dynamics 365) Platform Administrator role is focused on the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 service layer rather than individual application configurations. Their responsibilities include environment creation and lifecycle management (sandbox, test, production), release and upgrade planning, capacity and storage management, backup and restore, and enforcing platform governance, security, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) standards to ensure the CRM service operates reliably, securely, and at scale.
