Patient Communication Executive (CRM & Messaging Operations).
Designation : Patient Communication Executive / CRM Communication Analyst
Department : Marketing / CRM & Operations
Reporting To: COO
Location : Head Office Zirakpur (on-site preferred)
CTC Budget: ₹4 L – ₹6 L per annum (can stretch to ₹7–8 L for strong Whats App API + Salesforce experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all outgoing SMS and Whats App messages from CRM and hospital software daily
- Track template approval status on Meta Business Manager (Utility vs Marketing categories) and DLT portal for SMS
- Identify and escalate delivery failures, rejected templates, or drop-offs in engagement
- Coordinate with tech and vendor teams to fix or resubmit flagged templates
- Understand and flag issues in existing Whats App/SMS automation flows
