CRM and Supporter Engagement Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to shape new ways of working at one of London's most unique museums​. As we implement a new CRM system, you will lead the development of our lifecycle marketing and e-CRM capability, using data to create better audience journeys, targeted communications and stronger relationships with visitors, supporters and funders. We are looking for strong e-CRM experience; experience in membership or fundraising would be an advantage, but we are equally interested in candidates who are curious about these areas and keen to develop their fundraising expertise.
