Description
The Critical Facility Engineering team plays an integral role in maintaining the overall health of the critical infrastructure systems to ensure best-in-class data center services for our customers. Critical Facility Technicians & Engineers are Vantage’s front-line responder for dealing with critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure operations, includes capacity management, performance optimization, and responding to, troubleshooting, and affecting repairs when unplanned events occur. Providing best-in-class services requires proficiency in mission critical facility management including change management, event management, incident management and problem management.
