Critical-Environment Facilities Technician (On-Call)

CBRE Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Technician responsible for the ongoing maintenance of critical M&E systems and delivery of high service standards. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, assist with installation and modifications, and support energy management to keep systems efficient.

You will monitor compliance with codes, log activities using our CMMS, write incident reports, and coordinate with vendors to ensure 100% uptime under SLA.
