Randstad Care is urgently recruiting high-caliber, veteran Children's Support Workers to join our emergency rapid-response pool covering Redcar and Sedgefield.
This is not a standard, predictable care role. You will be stepping directly into high-pressure situations to provide critical support to children and young people experiencing acute trauma, distress, and emotional turmoil. We need individuals who don't just cope with severe challenging behaviors, but who can actively de-escalate crisis environments with absolute composure and professional mastery.
