Crewing Team Lead

Purpose

• As Crewing Team Lead, you manage the personnel logistics for our operational staff and the offshore rotation for the POB needs. This includes effectively communicating with assigned personnel, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing assignments as directed by the Personnel Logistics Coordinator. Your role will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination within the organization.
• You are also responsible for improving the use of the crewing tool and processes within your team.

Responsibilities

• You are a champion user of key technology, tools, and crewing expertise to provide best‑in‑class crew change logistics.
• You lead the team and ensure they have the right level of competencies to deliver the work results in time and within budget.
