ensures efficiency of crewing functions such as timely crew changes. Timely house-keeping of seafarer database in termsof certification. Ensure the crewingfunctions are executed in compliance with the company SMS, systems,policies and procedure. EssentialFunction Responsible for liaising with seafarers for documents and other matters (e.g checking of certificates, medical check-up as per requirement.
