Crew Leader – Class 4 Operator Labourer (Selwyn)

HEB Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Crew Leader – Class 4 Operator Labourer to lead our Selwyn Digout/Stabilisation Crew.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for guiding a small crew while actively contributing on the tools and operating Class 4 vehicles. We’re looking for someone who leads from the front, values safety, and delivers quality outcomes in a fast-paced civil environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading day-to-day activities of the digout and stabilisation crew

Operating Class 4 trucks to support site operations

Coordinating and participating in digout, subgrade prep, and stabilisation works

Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
