Leads the functions of the Financial Conditioning Monitoring, Reserve Analysis and Payments System Risk areas and oversees the coordination of the daily activities of the department to ensure the effectiveness of daily operations. Ensures proper controls of internal operations, evaluates potential risk posed by financial institutions, and makes decisions regarding risk mitigation efforts for the Financial Conditioning Monitoring and Payments Systems Risk, and/or Reserve Analysis units. Serves as primary contact to depository institutions, regulatory agencies, other Reserve Banks and the Board of Governors regarding Credit Risk Management issues.
