Educational / Professional Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
• Master’s degree and/or other relevant certification(s) preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of banking experience, including at least 07 years in Commercial and/or SME banking, or in business and/or risk management at a commercial bank.

Skills, Expertise & Knowledge

• Leadership & people management.
• Credit risk assessment for SME and commercial segments.
• Exposure to agricultural lending an advantage.
• Knowledge of SBP prudential regulations.
