- Responsible for escalating any irregularities or issues that cannot be resolved in a timely and expeditious manner.
- Conducting collateral assessments, whether conducted by internal appraisers or the Credit Service Office (KJPP), in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement.
- Maintaining effective and responsive communication with business units/guarantee assessment applicants as internal customers, regarding all concerns or questions raised.
- Creating a positive work environment within the team and with other work units to foster effective collaboration and communication to support the work process.
- In carrying out their duties, they consistently apply the principle of prudence and act as a risk manager for all operational aspects under their responsibility. They also coordinate with internal customers to obtain positive feedback and continuous process improvement.
