Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure timely collections. Ensure collection of overdue payments as per approved credit terms. Coordinate with the Sales team to resolve payment-related issues and collection delays. Review customer credit limits and recommend revisions based on payment history and financial risk assessment. Approve and release customer orders after verifying credit availability and payment status. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
