What you'll do

• Assess mortgage applications from application through to settlement
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to solve customer or broker queries
• Have input into process improvement and credit automation
• Manage priorities, SLAs and deadlines to meet team and company goals
• Ensure adherence to compliance policies and procedures to maintain high credit quality
