About the team The Creator Operations team serves as the strategic engine of TikTok Shop’s affiliate ecosystem in Malaysia. They are responsible for the health, growth, and monetization of a million-scale creator base. By leveraging data-driven insights and scalable operational frameworks, they design the strategies that empower creators of all tiers to thrive, driving the evolution of social commerce in the region.

1. Creator Supply Growth and Ecosystem Strategy
   • Identify high-potential creator segments through data analysis and cohort-based insights, and support ongoing optimization of creator supply structure
