Creative Strategy & Content Lead

We're looking for a Creative Strategy & Content Lead to work directly with our Founder and drive the thinking behind our marketing.

This is not a graphic design, video editing or social media management role.

What You'll Do

- Understand customer psychology and buying behaviour.
- Conduct customer research and analyse sales calls.
- Develop creative strategies for Meta Ads, Instagram and YouTube.
- Write ad scripts and creative briefs.
- Plan content themes and campaign ideas.
- Guide marketing agencies with creative direction.

Who We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in Creative Strategy, Brand Strategy, Content Strategy or Performance Marketing.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
