Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop & Execute Creative Strategy for Good Monk. Take ownership of brand’s Creative Output across formats – including Performance Creative s & Brand Campaigns

2. Ensure coherence of Brand Voice across all creative touchpoints

3. Gather a solid understanding of Who the Category & Brand consumer is and Why they buy (Pain Points / Desires). Use this effectively to build Creative Strategy & drive its Execution
