Our client is a high-end **design and web development agency** based in Europe, known for its precision, aesthetics, and quality. The Founder works closely with an international team of designers, developers, and marketers to deliver sophisticated creative solutions for clients worldwide.
They’re now seeking a **German-speaking Creative Operations Manager** with a strong background in design and marketing to act as the Founder’s right hand — blending operational structure with creative insight.
**The Role**:
This is a hybrid strategic-operational role that combines **executive support, team coordination, client communication, and creative understanding**.
You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, align the team around key priorities, and uphold the creative and organizational standards the agency is known for.
