Support the creative supervisor managing with the necessary creative materials for the content releases.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support to the different departments (social media, partnerships, PR…) by providing the necessary creative materials.
• Management of creatives and other materials with the advertising agency (quality control of proposals, brand control).
• Coordination with the media / digital agency (control of timings and campaign materials).
• Coordination of request and delivery of materials for Own Media.
• Coordination of online materials and web pages.
• Participation in brainstorming sessions and development of ideas.
• Management of international and internal reporting documents.
• Follow up competitive landscape and best marketing practices from a creative perspective.
