Job Title: Creative Manager/Copywriter
Reports to: Director of Marketing

We are looking for a hands-on Creative Manager/Copywriter who hasn't lost their love for the craft. You are a storyteller at heart with a background in professional copywriting, but you also possess the eye and leadership to guide a full creative team, including videographers, graphic designers, a photographer, and a social media coordinator. This role bridges the gap between creative direction, content strategy, and hands-on execution. You’ll oversee the development of compelling, brand-aligned assets and messaging across all platforms.

The ideal candidate excels at cross-functional collaboration, driving consistency and engagement, and measuring the effectiveness of initiatives. You won't just manage the work. You’ll help shape the creative strategy, write and review high-stakes copy, and ensuring our visual identity matches our narrative.
