Job Purpose
To lead the creative vision, strategy, and execution of all short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms for the personal brand. The role is responsible for conceptualizing high-performing content formats, driving audience engagement, building viral content strategies, and ensuring consistent brand storytelling aligned with business and marketing objectives.
