Creative Director

CTG is seeking to fill a Creative Director position for our client.

**Location:** Morrisville, NC
**Duration:** 12+ months, with possibility for extension

**Duties:**

+ Own the creative vision, brand expression, and storytelling standards for the in-house marketing model.
+ Define creative direction, concepting standards, brand expression, and visual storytelling principles across major marketing initiatives.
+ Guide designers, writers, motion talent, video teams, and external creative partners to deliver integrated, high-quality creative work.
+ Establish creative governance, review processes, quality expectations, and feedback loops for the in-house creative studio.
+ Partner with marketing leadership, product marketing, alliances, business segments, and regional teams to ensure creative solutions align with business objectives.
