The Role

We are looking for a Creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead a delivery team and manage multiple UK based client accounts end-to-end. This is a leadership seat, not a solo-creator seat: you will own the strategy, direct the creative output, drive your team's productivity, and be accountable for client KPIs and deadlines.

We automate heavily with AI . You will use AI tools daily — for captions, content workflows, reporting and more. We will train you on our stack; what matters is your capacity to learn fast and adapt .

What you'll do

• Own multiple client accounts: strategy, content calendars, campaign planning and delivery
