We are looking for a Creative Associate to join the Octagon and play a vital role in shaping and delivering our artistic programme
While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.
You’ll collaborate with our Artistic Director, colleagues, partners and communities to help us deliver a Bold, Adventurous and Popular programme that is locally rooted, and nationally reputed.
Our ideal candidate will have a track record of creating productions, creative support and developing new work. You’ll be equally comfortable working with professionals and communities and through collaboration with others, you’ll be able to lead the development of ideas into tangible projects. You’ll be self-sufficient, with excellent communication and organisation skills.
