Crane Field Service Technician 1

Overview

The Crane Field Service Technician I provides face‑to‑face customer service located at an off‑site location and is responsible for minor troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning of various LinkeBelt Cranes. The incumbent is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self‑development.

Essential Functions

• Performs minor repairs and minimal troubleshooting offsite with minimal supervision
• Performs minor troubleshooting and minimal diagnoses of equipment malfunctions and failures
• Removes and installs parts, disassembles and assembles basic components
• Tests and verifies proper operation of all repairs
