Overview

We are seeking a dedicated support professional to assist the craft producer for a large-scale cultural and heritage event in the UAE, featuring a diverse programme of cultural experiences, live entertainment, workshops, retail activations, food and beverage operations, and visitor engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, including reporting, presentations, and research.
• Prepare meeting minutes and manage meeting scheduling.
• Onboard suppliers, including onsite set‑ups and ongoing management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) or specific craft trade certifications are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related industrial sector.
