CQC Registered Manager - Southampton

A well-established care provider based in Southampton is looking to appoint a Registered Manager who can bring stability, energy and clear direction to their service. What the Role Involves Holding full responsibility for CQC registration and compliance across the service. Leading, motivating and developing a team of care staff, including recruitment and ongoing training. Making sure every care plan is person-centred and regularly reviewed, not left to gather dust.
