Purpose

Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Court Diversion Case Manager provides court and community-based services within a case management model. The manager offers referral resources to adults involved in the criminal justice court system, acts as a short‑term bridge between the justice system and mental health system to reduce barriers and recidivism, and coordinates individualized mental health diversion plans.

Education and Training

• Proof of successful completion of a post‑secondary education in Social Services, Criminal Justice, Mental Health and Addictions or related field.
