- Load, unload, and secure packages, ensuring they are delivered safely and without damage.
- Pick up items from senders and deliver them to recipients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures or other forms of confirmation
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns.
