Courier Dispatcher - Full Time - Days - Mobile Health

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Provides schedule and dispatches couriers to respond to STAT and scheduled courier requests in swift, timely and proper manner. Operates equipment while maintaining contact with transport personnel.
2. Ensures and prioritizes requests to ensure a smooth transition and work flow.
3. Performs ongoing demand analysis of vehicles to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction with courier services.
4. Ensures needs of the customer and the company in critical decisions regarding pickup.
5. Maintains timely and accurate tracking of all vehicles engaged in pickups and makes appropriate assignments using this information about vehicle location and availability.
6. Prepares, completes and distributes reports stating progress, issues, problems and statistics for the review.
7. Performs status checks on employees to verifying engagement, availability, safety and progress in transport.
