Job Description -
The position holder will primarily act for managing the Coupa Procurement System, with a strong focus on the Contracting and Purchasing modules.. The role is responsible for end-to-end system maintenance, support, compliance, and operational excellence of the Coupa platform.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong hands-on experience with Coupa system administration, specifically Contracting and Sourcing modules
• Good understanding of end-to-end procurement processes
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
• Experience working with Service Now or similar ITSM tools
• Understanding of Gx P guidelines, compliance, and regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
