Linum Consult’s client is an international firm well established in Africa. They are looking for a Country Sales Manager to drive profitable growth in heavy equipment sales by strategically managing customer portfolios and expanding market share within their Zambian operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES


Based in Kitwe, the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the prospection of the designated market in collaboration with local sales teams

  • Developing the client portfolio and exploring new business prospects with existing customers

  • Maintaining and enhancing customer care strategy by driving the sales & marketing strategies defined for each business unit

  • Achieving and maximising market share, profitability, and revenue growth targets through KPI achievement

  • Strengthening product expertise by keeping up to date knowledge of manufacturers’ equipment in order to respond effectively to customers’ needs
