Purpose of the Role

The Country Program Director (CPD) of WV Chile collaborates and coordinates with the Cluster Director and team to oversee all aspects of World Vision’s ministry in Chile. The role focuses on ensuring national relevance and impact through programming, advocacy and sustainability, while aligning with the organization’s strategy and regional priorities.
