Country Merchandising Manager

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Merchandising Strategy & Assortment

• Develop country-specific merchandise plan aligned with Eco-Shop’s value-retail model, local demand, and group targets
• Build category mix, price tiers, and SKU list for Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi; adapt to local preferences & seasonality
• Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB), seasonal calendars, and new product introduction/phase-out

✅ Pricing, Margin & Competitor

• Set retail prices, cost structures, and promotions to hit gross margin 28‒32% while staying competitive vs. MR DIY, Indomaret, Alfamart
• Track competitor pricing, private labels, and discounting; adjust strategy weekly
• Execute markdowns/clearance to reduce slow-moving stock & shrinkage
