Country manager position

The Country Manager is responsible for leadership and overseeing all business operations for the subsidiary. This role plays a crucial part in guiding the organisation's direction and ensuring its success and sustainability.

Directs the implementation of business plans for the Insurance business with the objective of increasing revenue and profitability. The Country Manager also manages strategic decisions, CAPEX, OPEX, profitability contribution, stakeholder management, board relationships, market entry and business development.
