As Country Manager Norway, you will build Burgermeister’s presence in the country from the ground up. You are responsible for establishing and scaling the business locally - from site selection and lease negotiations to opening stores, building teams, and driving operational excellence.
You act as the founder of the market, owning full P&L responsibility and reporting directly to senior leadership.
