Job Responsibilities
- Establish the operation system of the Brazilian subsidiary, recruit and manage local teams, and take charge of overall business operation and management.
- Lead the full preparation of the Brazilian subsidiary from scratch, including business sorting, team building and daily operation management. Develop and maintain government relations, and sustain good connections with local government departments to meet the needs of each business segment.
- Formulate overall strategies for Brazil's automotive market, covering market positioning, target market selection and competitive strategies. Analyze market trends, consumer demands, policies, regulations and competitor dynamics to work out targeted marketing strategies.
- Sales and Network Management: Formulate and implement annual sales targets and plans, monitor sales progress to ensure target fulfillment. Manage the sales team to improve professional capabilities and performance....
