Country Lead - Indonesia

Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a fast-growing consumer lifestyle company in its early growth stage, currently looking for a commercially driven leader to strengthen its Indonesia business.

This role will be responsible for driving overall business performance, with a strong focus on commercial growth, marketing execution, brand building, channel expansion, and operational discipline. The appointed candidate will work closely with the CEO and act as the key person on the ground to lead the local team and execute business priorities.
