Passerelles Numériques (PN) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to enabling highly disadvantaged youth, through their abilities and commitment, to access education and technical and vocational training in the Information Technology sector. We work to build strong employability that allows them and their families to escape poverty sustainably, and to contribute to the social and economic development of their countries.

Established in Cambodia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Madagascar, PN currently trains more than 700 students and employs around 100 people across these countries, including a small team in France. Since 2005, PN has produced over 3,200 graduates.

Launched in 2009 in Cebu, Passerelles Numériques Philippines (PNPh) provides a 2.5-year IT training program based on a holistic educational approach that combines technical skills and professional development (soft skills).
