Counter Salesperson: Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration

Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics. 12 years' sales or customer service experience, preferably within a retail, wholesale or trade environment. Experience within the air-conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing or hardware industry will be advantageous. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. Experience using a point-of-sale (POS) or ERP system will be beneficial. Valid driver's licence (non-negotiable). Good numerical ability, excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus. Willingness to learn and build a career within the HVAC-R industry. Responsibilities: Assist walk-in and inbound telephone customers with product enquiries and sales. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable air-conditioning and refrigeration products.
