Counter Parts Sales – Automotive (Contract)

Key Responsibilities Assist workshop technicians with parts enquiries and sales. Accurately identify and supply the correct vehicle parts using electronic parts catalogues (EPC). Process quotations, sales orders, invoices and credits on SAP. Receive, bin and issue parts in accordance with company procedures. Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts and inventory control. Follow up on back orders and communicate delivery dates to customers. Promote genuine parts and accessories to maximise sales opportunities. Ensure parts are correctly priced, labelled and invoiced. Maintain a clean, organised and efficient parts counter. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers. Adhere to dealership policies, OEM standards and health & safety requirements. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). Minimum 2 years experience as an Automotive Parts Counter Salesperson. Previous experience in a franchised dealership, preferably BMW , is highly advantageous. Work...
