Answering customer enquiries (by telephone, email, or at the counter). Completing purchase orders following requests received. Tracking orders for pickup or shipping. Using the SAP system. Ensuring part replacement warranty. Assist in storage upon receiving merchandise. Assisting customers with technical difficulties. Pursuing ongoing training to become an expert in the field of air conditioning and heating. Performing any other related tasks as requested by direct supervisor.
