As an Independent Contractor, your responsibilities will include comprehensive assessments and delivering tailored treatment plans. You will help clients facing mental health issues, substance use, and social exclusion while contributing to community well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with clients to set counseling goals
• Provide in-person and virtual support based on client needs
• Maintain communication with referral agents and clients
• Act as a case manager, coordinating care for clients
