Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Manager based at the Milton Office and covering Ontario’s Southwestern region.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Vice-President, Sales, the Customer Experience Manager will be mainly responsible for leading the Customer Experience team to ensure Customer Satisfaction with proper development, implementation and execution of Sales policies and procedures.
More specifically, he or she will directly supervise 3 Customers Experience Coordinators and a total of about 10 team members including Dispatchers and Customers Experience Representatives located in Milton, Bolton, Cambridge and Woodstock.
The Manager is responsible to staff, coach, develop and train his team to deliver superior service in the areas of order taking; logistics and transportation; contract management; inventory control; price, contact and customer information and databases. Finally, the manager wil...
