**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Costpoint Time & Labor Systems Business Analyst** to join our team.
The Costpoint Time & Labor Systems Business Analyst will leverage their strong functional background and knowledge to own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of our Deltek Costpoint 8.2 Time and Expense module.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Owning the end-to-end functional configuration of Costpoint 8.2 Time & Expense, including managing labor periods, timesheet classes, leave types, and work schedules while ensuring compliance with DCAA/FAR requirements.
+ Monitoring, running, and troubleshooting labor and leave integrations migrating data between Costpoint and Workday, partnering with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure data integrity across systems.
+ Serving as the Tier 2/3 functional support lead for Time & Labor to resolve user incidents, troubleshoot system bugs, and ...
