Costing and mis manager

Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports to support strategic and operational decision-making. Lead Pre-Costing and Post-Costing activities to achieve monthly business targets and profitability goals. Conduct detailed analysis of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Gross Margin and Net Margin performance. Monitor and control Cash Flow, MIS Reports, Stock Statements, and Working Capital on a regular basis. Track daily production output and monitor costs to ensure revenue generation aligns with product costing. Analyze product costs across Cutting, Stitching, Finishing, and other manufacturing processes to identify cost-saving opportunities. Monitor and analyze chargebacks, freight costs, clearing charges, and other operational expenses. Track buyer payments, collections, and settlements, ensuring timely realization of receivables.
