Cost Manager / Construction Cost Consultant – Building Projects

:The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a globally recognised consultancy operating across construction and infrastructure sectors, seeking an experienced Cost Manager to strengthen its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to support large-scale building and mixed-use developments, providing cost leadership and commercial expertise across project lifecycles.
Day-to-day duties will vary but could include:

Preparation and management of project budgets, cost plans, and financial reporting across multiple project stages.

Monitoring project spend and analysing cost performance against agreed forecasts and budgets.

Supporting cost estimating activities using market benchmarks, historical project data, and commercial analysis techniques.

Managing change processes and assessing commercial impacts associated with project variations.

Producing cash flow forecasts, cost tracking reports, and risk-related financial assessments.
