Cost Estimator – Plant and Solutions Sales team, Minerals Business Area – Espoo, flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate global teams of technology, engineering, supply, and logistics specialists in preparing complex minerals processing plant estimates.
• Support sales and proposals management by building accurate cost and profit estimates according to sales strategy and the proposal process.
• Collaborate in the global company network to build uniform and up-to-date estimation tools, maintain the Excel‐based estimation template, and develop existing tools.
• Build and maintain project cash‑flow forecasts to support accurate financial planning of solution projects.
• Prepare, deliver, and revise estimates per agreed deadlines, ensuring correctness, quality, and document control.
