The Project

We are delivering a landmark national infrastructure programme in Lisbon - a multibillion‑euro, multi‑modal transport investment that will shape the city for generations. To support this work, we are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to lead and execute the project’s cost strategy.

Responsibilities

• Managing feasibility studies and advise on procurement and value strategies.
• Overseeing estimating and cost‑planning to deliver robust final cost plans.
• Managing all procurement stages and contract preparation.
• Ensuring accurate contract administration, valuation and reporting.
