Cost control and Planning engineer

Responsibilities and duties:

• Provide planning and cost‑controlling support for all projects.
• Perform tasks required to develop and maintain budgets for a project.
• Control and monitor project total expenditure.
• Review cost estimates and make recommendations for future budgets or procurement strategies.
• Manage project accounting databases to ensure timely security and control.
• Prepare monthly project forecasts based on extensive knowledge of ongoing project activities.
• Perform project costing‑related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Support accounts receivable as required during the billing processing. Monitor billing status and unbilled issues.
• Maintain the company's interests and objectives when dealing with third parties.
